− Nicht schallisolierte Türen, durch die man alles hört, was der Nachbar sagt, besonders Nachts. Die Sonne scheint direkt ins Schlafzimmer und ins Wohnzimmer; es wäre besser, Verdunkelungsvorhänge zu verwenden, das Sofa ist etwas unbequem. Der Rest ist perfek!
