Plenty of space for just two people. Comfortable double bed (we didn't try the others!). Great kitchen which was generally well-stocked with utensils. Picnic table outside.

No sieve for rice in the kitchen so we had to buy one. The back garden was completely overgrown and inaccessible. The front door lock was faulty and wouldn't lock. We thought we'd have to leave the house unlocked while we were out of it.. Eventually worked out that the door had to be slammed hard and the handle raised at exactly the same time - tricky timing but only this would allow the key to turn in the lock. This was hard work for my arthritic hands. The owner was not contactable but a friend of his was available by phone though he lives far away. The problem with the lock was a known issue apparently and he said he couldn't find a locksmith for such a remote location, which is hard to believe!

Disappointing.

Location is fine. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped(5 frying pans but no oven/microwave dish) hot water plentiful.

The property was not in good condition. The floors were dirty and there was smashed glass on the bathroom floor which we had to clear up. A half drunk cup of coffee was standing on the table alongside a heap of ?used kitchen towels. The windows were filthy and the back garden so overgrown with weeds and nettles it couldn't be used. Cobwebs inside and out.

The location was fantastic for walking the coastal path . Dale is a really lovely place. The restaurant at Cocos at the sailing club was really good, we went twice in 4 days .

Nothing
