− 2 Fan was not working, no Air flow in the room upstairs as it’s summer hard to sleep.

We all had a very nice stay , thank you!
8.0It was lovely and spacious, clean welcoming and in a good location. Access was clear and explained. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens and towels.
− The fan didn't work in our room, and the windows in the bedroom don't open. It would be nice to have more ventilation for the bedrooms.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a night in Shrewsbury!

− Hard to find . Codes didn’t always work. It was difficult to get in and when we rang for assistance we were told the wrong key box for the code
