10.0Marisa and family were very kind, they provided us with plenty of useful advices and even it was not our first stay in Venice, we have learned new things. We appreciate their exemplary approach to environment protection.
− Maybe an electric kettle instead gass cooking? But this is not a serious issue.

10.0the location is very convenient, it has a washer and it has all the kitchen utensils, glassware and plates. Cute patio seating area.
− the shower is a little small. Anyone bigger in size would find it too claustrophobic. The stairs to the apartment could use some lights because the light switch is at the bottom of the stairs, making it challenging to come down from the apartment with no lights. Going up is fine.
Great accommodation in a perfect location made for a great platform to explore an amazing city.

− Internet connection is very important to us so I didnt like the fact that the wi fi password in the welcome brochure was incorrect. We had to work out for ourselves what the password was but even then on reporting that, we were told the brochure password was still correct, which it definitely was not.

8.0Great location, walking distance to vaporetto stops (Guglie and Crea), and the main train station Venezia S.Lucia. lots of nice places to eat within a few hundred metres. Apartment itself is of decent size. Host is easy to contact and very friendly.
− Main issue we had was it was dusty. This was our 4th accommodation in our tour around Italy but was the first place where we had difficulty sleeping. Bed is very creaky and my wife and son developed dusty allergy symptoms the whole time we were there.
