10.0Hermanus is a great host and we felt all the time very comfortable in this nice renovated farm house. It's very good equipped and located in nice green farm area - still in close distance to a next town. Very good starting point for different kind of tours in the region.

− Helaas was het door het extreme warme weer ook in de boerderij ontzettend warm, waar niet..De 2 ventilators konden dit helaas niet verkoelen.
A very comfortable and relaxing stay!
10.0The location is very rural and quiet - perfect for relaxing - but only 10km from Gouda (and a couple km to a supermarket). The accommodation is very comfortable and quirky. The area is great for cycling, with Gouda, de Haar Castle, Kinderdijk and Utrecht all within reach for day trips.
− The stairs to the bedrooms (upper floor) are steep. It wasn't a problem for us, but might be an issue for some.

10.0A stunning property and a wonderful host. The villa itself is so comfortable and atmospheric that it feels like living in a fairy tale. The host looked after us so well and was always ready to help; the villa is home to a whole menagerie of animals, including kangaroos, parrots, a peacock and other birds and creatures. Highly recommended.
