A fabulous long weekend break, would definitely recommend and would stay again without hesitation

Location is brilliant for walking into Lytham yet far enough away to be quiet. The private garden and sunbeds were very much appreciated as was access directly from there onto Green Drive to walk our dog of a morning.

− The bed is a standard double - we are used to a King (personal preference) and it was very warm when we stayed so we found the 13.5tog quilt too warm (again a personal preference).

Excellent location and secure garden for the dog. Good off road parking. Ideal for a short break in Lytham. Comfortable accommodation and clean throughout.

− Limited cooking facilities in kitchenette a small oven of some type would broaden the ability to self cater a bit more.

Really cool, In its own private space at the bottom of the owners garden with its own facilities, own garden with bbq and sun loungers, outdoor seating, internally a nice lounge , bedroom and compact kitchen And bathroom , brilliant for a short stay and Helen was warm welcoming and happy to help

What a luck find. Lovely - Leafy Lodge. Great location, short walk to Latham. Clean, comfortable and nice welcome pack. Off road parking, private secure garden with a gate to the woods. Dog friendly. If we are in the area again will definitely return.
