7.0From the pictures online it was perfect accommodation for our stay. The beds were comfortable and parking was adequate. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty restaurants close in proximity.
− What we didn't like was the fact it was covered in spider webs outside and inside. When we entered it had a musty smell and a few dead roaches. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and a little TLC. The curb appeal wasn't worth the money spent. The televisions downstairs didn't work in those 2 rooms. I reached out to the owner, he agreed to bringing a replacement for 1 room the next day which never happened. Then the morning of checkout he offered to compensate for the inconvenience. That didn't happen either, and to trouble shoot the other television which had a guest code but it was too late to fix that issue when we were clearly checking out that morning. It was an inconvenience for those 2 couples downstairs with no resolution. We were in town for a funeral and this issue didn't help. This is no way to treat your guest when you clearly expect to treat your home with respect
