8.0Appartement agréable, climatisé et bien équipé, situé au 4e étage avec ascenseur. A 2, c’est très confortable. A pieds, on est 15 minutes du centre, 20 minutes de la plage. Une navette gratuite est également disponible avec un arrêt très proche du logement. Stationnement dans un garage privé qui est un vrai + pour Santa Margherita. Excellente communication avec Davide. Très bonne réactivité.
