Exceptionally well-equipped property. Very spacious with absolutely amazing views. 2 living rooms was an unexpected surprise as was a Sage coffee machine! Each of the 4 large bedrooms had a modern on-suite.

Great stay in North Wales

Gorgeous house, great facilities. The garden & playroom was brilliant for the grandchildren. Superb for a family get together, all bedrooms ensuite. Fantastic location for visiting North Wales and close to the beach. We had a great welcome pack of treats which was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

− The blinds in the master bedroom let a lot of light in, would prefer blackout curtains but unusual window shape so imagine would be difficult to fit. All other bedrooms had curtains which was great.

Great location. The house is modern and faultlessly clean. All the fixtures and fittings are top quality. Raises the bar high for everyone else.

Amazing house, great location and views

The property is amazing with sea views from just about everywhere. The whole house is really modern with top class indoor and outdoor space. The downstairs main living space is just great - the kitchen has everything you might need, lovely crockery and cutlery too. 8 seater table and 2 comfy leather sofas and tv. There is another lounge too :) 4 ensuite bedrooms with plenty of space to unpack and enjoy the time. Loads of hanging space, drawers, mirrors and sockets! We can honestly say that no one had 'the worst room'. The location is walkable to Hickorys and a well stocked Co-op and a short drive to the local beaches and the zoo. Communication was brilliant throughout and we had a lovely surprise welcome hamper. Totally recommended - we all loved it. Thankyou

Lovely, comfortable, welcoming home which is beautifully put together. Everything is to a very high standard. Great facilities in the kitchen which is well equipped for cooking if so inclined. Great that every bedroom is ensuite. Beautiful sea views. Fabulous welcome package waiting for us when we arrived.

− Not many issues at all. The house is perfect. If I could pick one thing, it would be the light streaming in to the main bedroom early in the morning. Black out blinds would be good.
