Very lovely apartment great location with parking just outside but a shame the bathroom was so bad and let the apartment

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable with comfortable beds and decorated beautifully.

− Unfortunately the bathroom really let it down with a bad sewage odour musty with pipe work not covered or boxed in . It let the apartment down as you can smell damp . We had to keep the windows open to circulate the air because of the smell . The bathroom isn’t the same standard as the rest of the apartment. The fan didn’t work and made an awful noise when you switched it on so it couldn’t be used . We were told they were aware of this and it was due to be fixed . But we weren’t made aware of it when we booked and would have definitely changed our minds in booking if we were told . The host was very quick to come back to us when we contacted them and could t fault the host at all .

Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ansprechenden (aber auch ziemlich teuren) Gegend, einigermaßen verkehrsgünstig. Es hat 2 Zimmer, was eines der Auswahlkriterien war. Ansonsten das, was von einem englischen Haus zu erwarten ist. Auf dem Platz vis-a-vis ist ein Theater samt Community-Zentrum, dort kann man nett Kaffee trinken gehen.

− Das Apartment ist nicht gerade billig, dass dann 55 Pfund Reinigungsgebühr UND 45 Pfund für die Bettäsche verrechnet werden - ohne dass es bei der Buchung ersichtlich ist - ist schon fragwürdig. Im Badezimmer unangenehm muffiger Geruch der nicht weggeht. Bei Buchung hieß es "Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen", hier bedeutet es, dass lediglich ein WENIG Brot, Nescafe etc. zur Selbstversorgung bereitgestellt ist. Sehr unbefriedigendes Angebot und schon gar nicht ausreichend für mehrere Tage. Kaum Flächen, wo man sein Zeug abstellen kann. Fenster ließen sich schwer bis gar nicht öffnen.
