Disappointing, not a welcoming area.
4.0− The lobby smelt like cat wee and while we stayed there, arguments broke out on the bottom floor and someone smashed the entry door, the room it self had mould in all bathrooms and windows seals and we didn’t receive our full deposit back due to the mould that we apparently caused, very disappointing communication with the owners about the refund as they just ignored us.

− There is a leakage in the shower are water was coming out of the screen. Host should send us the videos of key collection and all the other information 1 day prior.

7.0The location was good and as described. Apartment was safe and secure. It is in a huge apartment block. Check in was easy.
− The beds were quite firm, the towels were paper thin (not very good quality). There was shampoo but no conditioner and no face washers (this is minor but I do like to have a face washer).
