9.0Lovely, welcoming home, decorated beautifully & it's a short walk into Southwold.
− It was great to have a garden space - it just needs a little spruce up / quick mow of the lawn/ table cleaned to give it that wow factor that's all. I imagine it's because this place is booked up all the time as it really is a wonderful stay.

10.0The property was spacious and nicely decorated throughout had a lovely calming relaxed feeling to it and the garden was a bonus having the sun all day long as it moved to different areas of the garden.
− It was a shame the back garden had not been attended too before arrival, grass cut pressure washed patio for example.

10.0The decor was lovely and the property was well equipped
− It was a little noisy (we could hear the upstairs TV, them moving around etc, and some conversations, as well as there being a lot of road noise). In saying that, it didn't really bother us too much, especially as we had a noisy toddler in tow!
