6.0Mooi uitzicht. Fijne locatie. Een moderne wasmachine, maar geen droger. Er zijn gemeenschappelijke waslijnen op het dak, maar daar heb je wel een eigen hangslot voor nodig.
− Check-in zou vanaf 13u zijn, maar toen wij om 17.30u aan kwamen konden we het appartement nog niet in omdat deze schoongemaakt werd. We moesten wachten in de lobby en uiteindelijk konden we pas om 18.45u de kamer in. De gastheer was de handdoeken vergeten, dus die heeft hij ‘s avond nog gebracht. Er waren geen theedoeken of handdoek voor in de keuken. Het servies in de keuken was niet heel schoon. De slaapkamer wordt ‘s nachts erg warm en de airco in die kamer schakelde zichzelf steeds uit. Er is geen sfeerverlichting en geen leeslampjes naast het bed, door het hele appartement zijn alleen maar felle spots.

Tried charging extra fee from what was advertised on the app
7.0The price on the app was different from the price they asked for at check in. They tried to charge an extra 10usd cleaning fee which isn't mentioned on the app. The apartment wasn't even cleaned properly so not sure why they were requesting a cleaning fee The apartment was really nice but bed sheets felt like plastic . Check out time is 11.30am but I was asked to check out earlier . . Which I refused to do

Everything perfect except any infestation.
9.0Almost everything was great. All the facilities you could need, location was close to the centre and in a nice neighbourhood, staff were friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable.
− There is a pretty big ant infestation, they come through the walls and doors. After cooking, we had an invasion of thousands and spent an hour getting rid of them. Should address this urgently.
