Beautiful view but not recommended
3.0The view is nice
− Hotel is in deep jungle and even normal car cannot go you have to go by tuktuk or hotel car. I travelled with my parents and there are more than 40 stairs and it was so hard for them to reach the room. The water was also not really hot in the room and they were very tired and when we tried to order food there is no restaurant which will deliver to our hotel so its not convenient for family

9.0Pareja encantadora y servicial. Nos ayudan a bajar y subir el tuk tuk poque el camino de bajada al alojamiento es muy empinada y complicada. Pero una vez abajo, puedes ir andando por las vías a todas partes. Restaurantes interesantes muy cerca. Las vistas del alojamiento son increíbles, abierto a la naturaleza, solo s silencio y armonía. El tren pasa bajo tu terraza. Muy buen desayuno, relajante. Gracias por la acogida.
− Todo ok. A pesar de parecer apartado en un primer momento, es cómodo caminar por las vías dirección Ella y Nanu Oya (hacia Ella Rock).

9.0מלון משפחתי חמוד ממש על צלע ההר עם נוף מדהים לעמק.ולרכבת. הבעלים מתוקים ומנסים לעשות הכל כדי להפוך את השהות למדהימה. הגעה לא פשוטה למקום עצמו אבל הנוף שווה את זה (הם מספקים שירותי הסעות חינם לרחוב למעלה היכן שיש טוקטוקים). ארוחת הבוקר היתה מגוונת והכי טובה שאכלנו כחלק מחבילה של לינה+ארוחת בוקר.

9.0Vista mozzafiato dal balcone. A piedi seguendo le rotaie (sotto all'alloggio) siamo arrivati a Ella, nell'altro senso siamo arrivati al Nine arch bridge, a piedi si arriva alle cascate e a Ella Rock.Disponibile il proprietario che ci è venuto a prendere una volta scesi dal treno.
− Potrebbero mettere un piccolo frigo in camera e una cassetta di sicurezza (ma qui in tanti non la usano)

A hidden gem with stunning views and wonderful hospitality
10.0Absolutely lovely stay! The views are incredible, with the hotel located right beside the train tracks, making it a beautiful spot to relax and watch the trains pass by. The hosts Nakala and Lakshi were incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Although the hotel is a little more remote and takes a bit more effort to reach, they kindly provided a complimentary tuk-tuk to the main road, which made getting around easy. Our room was spacious, comfortable. We also loved that you can walk into Ella town along the train tracks in around 30 minutes, which was a really unique and scenic experience.
− The only minor downsides were that the shower pressure was a little weak, and the walls were fairly thin, so sound carried between rooms more than expected.
