Location good- close to shops, supermarket, restaurants and port area. Bus station nearby for access to all of Livorno area and station. Comfortable spacious unit. View lovely.

− Very lengthy tedious check in process on line. Can’t get access codes to unit until check in completed. It’s like signing a legal contract for a long term house rental- totally unnecessary. Never ever had to complete anything like this for a booking. com property. Then they take a deposit and supposedly clear it when house cleaned and passed after inspection but takes 7 days to return when there were no damages to property and we had left. WiFi cut off before we left- so Inconvenient. Would be really nice to have a bottle of water on arrival in fridge and some basic condiments eg: oil, balsamic, salt, pepper etc. Most places we’ve stayed have provided the basics. Coffee machine provided but no coffee pods and unable to buy any at supermarket for that machine. Lucky a percolator was available to use. Bathroom drains smelly- need a good clean out. This property will be so much better if these issues were sorted for future clients as it is lovely. Need a sensor light at door at night for key entry as it’s really dark and dangerous.
