9.0Very clean with all usual requirements available.lovely fire to use, so nice cosy feel. Good size bedrooms which caters for up to 5 guests. Two double beds and one single. Nice quiet secluded area with foot path to main Market Harborough shopping centre. Lovely to walk the dog too.
