10.0직원분들이 너무 친절하고 객실 내부도 청결함. 해피아워 진행하는 직원분은 밝게 웃으셔서 하루의 피로가 다 사라짐. 체크아웃시 호텔앞까지 나오셔서 인사까지 해주셔서 감동임. 셔틀기사님도 친절. 그 이상임.
