1.0NOTHING! The place is extremely dirty. Many sand on the bed, the linen hadn’t been changed obviously, all the bed sheets smelled terrible. The landlord is not friendly at all, and they even asked the visitors to vacuum before checking out. Super weird! And be careful, you’ll have to deal with massive cockroaches as well!

8.0How clean the place was and how kind and welcoming the staff were
− Location is a bit far regarding walking distance
Wasn’t the most hygienic place

− Wasn’t really properly clean, had spiders and webs everywhere. The bathroom had no ventilation for the shower could barely breathe. Kitchen appliances were filthy and left in a horrendous state/ condition had to clean and re wash them. Oven was filled with spider webs wasn’t cleaned freezer melted all of our food and dairy products was not clean at all and smelt of mould. Overall wasn’t happy with this place

− It would been nice to know it was for sale before arriving as I thought I was trest passing a for sale house.

8.0The place was very comfortable and roomy for 2 people. In a good spot too.
− Some things that could be done to make it better are: - adding some hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes while showering. - tea towels in kitchen would be useful too. - adding rubber to the bottom of the chairs as they are noisy when moved. - adding a little welcome pack like coffee/tea.
