A nice apartment with good parking.
7.0The front balcony and the car parking.
− The rear of the property from the bedrooms overlooking a very old building site in a wrecked state and also overlooking everyone else's balconies and their mess on them. One should be careful with the word luxurious. The apartment is well appointed clean and tidy but very 1970/80s we felt it needs to be brighter and lighter and the furniture the same. Just had no atmosphere. Just because of a hot tub does not make it luxurious.

− Frankly, the term “luxury” is overstated … and the price is too, accordingly. The location is a suburb in development, and the apartment is pretty standard, but with a sea view and a small jacuzzi. Furthermore the shutter of the bedroom was not working, and in the absence of dark curtain we were in full light very early.
Responsive host saves the day.
9.0The property manager was extremely responsive. She was able to prepare the room with very little notice and was very easy to reach and communicate with. The apartment served our purposes when boats were cancelled on our day of travel.
− The building is a little confusing (there are two sets of elevators) and we ended up at the wrong one because we entered the building from the garage. The parking space is tight for an SUV.
