Perfect spot for a quiet trip away, conveniently located to be close to shops, restaurants and fun.
10.0Beautiful location, really gorgeous house with a large garden and pool, so secluded and quiet, and elegantly renovated. We enjoyed staying and eating in, as well as a the short drive to eat out in the nearby towns. Just a fantastic rental property. The hosts were helpful and attentive when needed.

8.0− Die elektrische Sicherung für den zentralen Warmwasserboiler löste ständig aus und musste per Hand wieder eingeschaltet werden. Die Klospülung funktionierte in einem derr drei Badezimmer nicht und das WC konnte nicht benutzt werden.

9.0Lovely villa in a beautiful location in the mountains, great pool in the large well-maintained garden and good communication with the agents. The kitchen is well equipped.
− There was an ant problem, even in the bedrooms, beds and wardrobes. We managed to mostly sort it out by using spray.
Lovely Rustic, well equipped and comfortable villa in a quiet location
9.0Lovely rustic villa based on a big site in a very quiet location, pool is a decent size, well equipped kitchen although quite dated but fitted in with the age of the property, some quirky features. Staff were very responsive when we asked for the pool to be cleaned, and the mid stay sheet/towel change and light clean were a nice touch. Close to Pollença Town and short drive to Puerto Pollenca. Great location to base yourself if you are planning on doing cycling. Great views from the roof terrace and pool
− Main bedroom upstairs doesn’t have an AC unit, but there is an AC unit in the upstairs living room which cools both rooms - it was particularly hot when we stayed and we ended up buying a fan to circulate the cold air from the living room into the bedroom - not a massive issue but worth keeping in mind. There are a lot of Ants and despite us being very careful with cleaning and putting food away the Ants were in every room - the Ant traps had not been refilled and we don’t like using ant spray in the kitchens or bedrooms, we just ignored them, but might be an issue for other people.
Good to know
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
Lost or Locked-In Keys:
In the event of lost keys or if they are left inside the property, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours, and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
Check-Out Policy – Waste Disposal:
On the day of check-out, guests must not leave any garbage inside the property. Failure to remove waste will result in a €150 fee for waste management.
