9.0Het appartement is echt heerlijk ruim en schoon. Het uitzicht is echt prachtig! Eettenten overal om je heen. Verder heb je een grote zwembad en een speeltuin voor kinderen.

Spacious, modern apartment in great location
8.0The room was really spacious and had two air conditioners for the one big room. The location was great, with a cute little cafe serving Western food a 5min walk away (Palm Bistro) and a big supermarket (Village Grocer) 5mins walk in the other direction. It was a last minute booking for me after another George Town apartment was a disaster, so it was great to come to this place. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water filter with hot & cold water was brilliant (once I figured out how to use it). The washing machine and dryer worked well. The staff communication and responses were 10/10. The gym was clean and air-conditioned (although hard to find). The pool looked clean and was huge (although I didn't use it). Great view from the 26th floor and cute balcony for fresh air. The sofa was huge and really comfortable. Check in was easy - just had to sign in a book with the security guards and then they showed me the mailbox to collect my keys.
− The room smelled musty (I could smell it before I opened the door) and I could tell there was an old problem with the living room air conditioner with water stains down the wall and floor, however it had clearly been fixed. Both air conditioners were noisy due to some kind of ? water box next to it to collect water and then the drain went into the kitchen sink (living room a/c) and to the shower (bedroom a/c). This meant that every few minutes there was the sound of water splashing. I wore ear plugs due to the traffic noise (on a major road) and these blocked out the water splashing. There was also some mould on the wall outside the bathroom. I informed the staff on check out and they assured me that they would organise maintenance to check. There were power outlets on both sides of the bed, but very hard to get to underneath the built-in bedside tables...
