5.0Possibilità di richiedere box privato (a pagamento) per un autovettura di medie dimensioni. Vicinanza alle arterie stradali principali. Aria condizionata, solo nella cucina/ soggiorno.
− Ho trovato parte della cucina sporca, c’erano dei pezzi di cibo incollati al fornello, come sporchi anche i cassetti del freezer. C’è un forte odore di umido, che si conferma anche sulle lenzuola/ asciugamani forniti dall’host e sui muri. Il giardino antistante l’ingresso è completamente inutilizzabile causa sporcizia sulle sedie, mozziconi e altro sulla pavimentazione e vegetazione lasciata all’abbandono. Nel bagno, il soffione della doccia é rotto e non si mantiene in posizione, il box doccia é stato in parte sostituito da una scomoda tendina in materiale plastico. Nel cuore della notte qualcuno ha suonato ripetutamente e con insistenza il campanello, il che ci ha fatto anche preoccupare a tal punto da pensare di chiamare le forze dell’ordine. Al contrario di quanto descritto, l’appartamento ha una sola camera da letto + una cucina soggiorno.
