This lovely place is very close to the beach, making it a peaceful getaway. Inside, the bright living area features a kitchen for cooking meals. The bedrooms are cozy, and the bathrooms are very clean. Outside, there’s a nice garden. The host is very friendly and helpful, ensuring you have everything you need. It’s just a short distance to the beach, making this the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time.

The location was peaceful with a beautiful natural setting. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel at home from the first moment.

An excellent house with all the necessary amenities. The house has two separate rooms, each equipped with an air conditioner. Additionally, there are two fans available if you need them in the middle room or the kitchen. The house is very basic, but for this price, you get air conditioners and excellent hot water. And with such a wonderful owner, the experience is incredibly pleasant. Around 15-20min by foot from Polhena beach.

− We liked everything - We also asked to store our luggage for 5 days after our stay, and the owner refused to accept any payment for it. About a 15-20 minute walk near Polhena Beach, you'll find a wonderful restaurant, Coco Cafe Polhena, which is also highly recommended

Very nice place to stay short or long term. I will rent it 1 month. The price is absolutly best for a hole house and the owner is just an very nice and correctly person. He speak english very well and take care about all your questions and wishes. In the kitchen is all you need to cook for yourself, what I really enjoy after long traveling. The sleeping rooms have both an aircon, but most of the time for me the van is fine. Nearby there are 2 shops and to Polhena Beach you can walk in only 25 min. With the tuk tuk to Matara only 10 min. All together a very good place to stay. For sure I will come back again and again and again 😃💗
