− hi I stayed in this apartment from October 16 to October 21 and the water broke and the heating went out of the apartment and then water started leaking everywhere and we couldn't use 1 room and the kids had to sleep in the same room but it didn't work and there were 6 of us together and there were only chairs at the dining table for 5 and then one chair broke as they were very old and tired chairs, also everything was very old and shabby in the apartment when it started leaking then a leak covered my bag and all my clothes were wet and very cold in the apartment and it wasn't possible to take a shower as there was no hot water.

− نظافة المكان ليست جيدة وليس هناك تنظيف يومي رغم ذكر ذلك في الرسوم ،والشطاف في حمام واحد فقط وايضا يوجد به تهريب وايضا لا توجد مكان لحفظ الأمتعة في حالة تأخر الرحلة رغم ان السيد سام قام مشكورا بتأخير موعد الشيك اوت كهدية منه فله الشكر . والأثاث قديم ..

Wonderful hosts, apartment a bit cramped.

Great location - walkable to all major sites we wanted to see (Oxford, Piccadilly, buckingham palace, Big Ben, Hyde park). Very clean. Thoughtfully managed and maintained - the management group was very responsive and extremely thoughtful. They came immediately to fix issues we had (replacing a cover on a fan, bringing extra fans, connecting tv to wifi, fixing power) and on our first night the man who checked us in went out to buy bottled water for us when he saw we had a baby. The apartment was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dishes, soap, shampoo, and towels.

− The apartment was on the 10th floor with a small elevator. The rooms were very cramped and it was a bit warm given the weather and the windows do not open well (and anyways are very dangerous for young children - we had a toddler). Pictures make it look quite a bit larger than it is. That said, I’m sure this is fairly standard for London and it worked fine for our group.

Very great location, walking distance to all necessities. Bus stops, Tube Station, Oxfort Str.

− No luggage room available on the check out day. If flight is in late afternoon....you finish running with luggages. Ideally a storage room for luggages is available.
