− Будь ласка, якщо ви читаєте цей відгук, це знак для того, щоб відмовитися від цього помешкання. Почалося все з того, що за кілька годин до заселення, мені змінили адресу помешкання, по приїзду на іншу адреса виявилося, що квартира ще не є готова до заселення (ми були після дороги в 12 годин), нам треба було погуляти ще з годину, щоб заселитися в іншу квартиру в цьому ж домі. Стан цього помешкання був просто шокуючий, не було жодного чистого місця, все брудне, меблі старі, поламані, смерділо дуже сильно сирістю і цигарками, волосся по всій підлозі. Швидкість WiFi була дуже низькою, що навіть не виходило написати смс у WhatsApp. Описавши всі проблеми власнику, мені сказали, що спробують, це якось вирішити, ну і відповідь, я чекаю досі. Маю дуже велику надію, що ви відмовитися від цього помешкання. І так, фото в оголошенні не відповідають дійсності, і про це мені прямо сказав власник, що вони додають фото з інших квартир

2.0Staff were communicative when we messaged them and they were nice.
− This isn't because of the owner, but someone staying or living in the same building threw water at our group three times. Arguments could be heard in the middle of the night. Generally felt quite unsafe. There was no wifi for the room and had to use the wifi for a different room but it barely worked. I feel there was not enough information when checking in beforehand. Information was shared after messaging but I think it could be smoother to have the information upfront.
