10.0Appartamento pulitissimo accogliente ben gestito. Arredato non manca nulla aria condizionata cucina frigo tavolo sedie doccia larghe e comode. Poi il proprietario una persona che è raro trovarle umile bravissimo disponibilissimo a ogni esigenza chiesta e sempre pronto a venire incontro a qualsiasi cosa che dire consigliatissimo.

9.0Die Wohnung liegt zentral, ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, ca. 15 Minuten vom Schiefen Turm und 5 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone. Man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und modern. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß, die Wohnküche auch bei ausgeklapptem Schlafsofa für die dritte Person noch komfortabel. Das Badezimmer ist modern und die Dusche riesig. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert prima, es gibt aber nur eine im Schlafzimmer. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und er hat sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert.
− Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, das Haus könnte eine Sanierung gebrauchen. Im Flur, vor den Ferienwohnungen wurden gut sichtbar Putzutensilien, wie Besen und Eimer, gelagert. Das war ein kleines Manko. In der Wohnküche gab es keine Klimaanlage. Das war für unsere Tochter, die dort übernachtete, etwas unkomfortabel.

− In der Wohnung roch es sehr stark nach Zigaretten, als wäre dort über einen langen Zeitraum geraucht worden. Man sieht, dass sich der Gastgeber bemüht, das Problem zu lösen – überall stehen Lufterfrischer und Duftspender. Leider hilft das nicht wirklich, da sie den Geruch nur überdecken, ihn aber nicht beseitigen. Der Rauchgeruch ist trotzdem deutlich wahrnehmbar und sehr unangenehm.

9.0Appartamento centrale che permette di arrivare a Piazza dei Miracoli in 15 minuti a piedi. È al primo piano ma volendo c'è anche l'ascensore. È dotato di aria condizionata che in questi giorni di afa è stata una salvezza. Ha due supermercati a pochi passi di distanza. Pulito e confortevole. Ci siamo trovati bene in 4.
