− No linen to fit beds, beds unmade, no sets of crockery, broken stair railing, no toaster, shower not plumbed in correctly, spa in bathroom not working, broken glass front cabinets, cabinets falling off, outdoor rubbish bin full, internet not available on check in

3.0The house was spacious, with a big kitchen and living room. Modern kitchen. Easy access.
− The water turned ice cold after only 2 out of 6 people had showered (quick showers) and took really long to warm up again. The house was not very clean, the toilets were dirty etc. (it seemed like no one had cleaned after the previous guests) Some things are in need of repair, and the house was pretty dark.
