10.0The One Springfield ist a little town and a very nice place for starting to discover the surroundings of the north of Scotland. It was a very cosy home for our family. Thank you for your hospitality.
− We had wished an instruction for the heating.

− .All good Could not figure out the tv so ended up with just BBC channels. Apart from that all was fine with the property
Lovely spacious house, great location easy to find and park close.
10.0Location perfect for all the local attractions we intended to visit. We had the added bonus of an old friend I hadn't seen in 14 years lived i Tain.
− Downstairs toilet door handle loose and difficult to open sometimes had been left in feedback book before, did not detract from our enjoyable stay.
We did enjoy our stay despite the various issues.
6.0Very good location within easy reach of shops, etc. Lots of dishes, pots and pans etc Bedrooms very large and an extremely comfortable mattress. Living area very comfortable. Our complaint re the cold was very quickly addressed.
− Extremely cold when we arrived. Other reviewers said the same thing so this should have been addressed. No instructions on how to use any of the appliances. TV in bedroom but no aerial. No wardrobes although a hanging rail in one. Doors didn’t close properly. No pull cord to turn on bathroom fan. Smoke alarm hanging off. Three storage heaters didn’t ever work. Floor giving way in front of sink in kitchen.
