− Very dirty, mouldy window and blind. Dirty walls, incredibly dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed. Not really like the pictures at all

In the words of the owner "it is rooms above a pub rather than a hotel" which was idea for me
5.0The location was excellent for me, i have family in the area and it's close to the town and the train station
− I used it as a crash pad and was out and about most of the time, it was idea for my requirments

− Towel had been used and was filthy TV didn't change channel No heating Horrible cramped attic room flooded with kitchen smells all evening!

Wouldn't stay there again!
3.0Bed was fine, that was about it.
− No controls on radiator so had to have windows wide open due to excessive heat. Nothing to hang clothes on. Could only get youtube on the TV, nothing else. No tea/coffee in the room, instead a shared kitchen with nothing supplied. No plug for bath in shared bathroom!
