1.0Ruben , el dueño, intento ayudar y salvar una situación insistenible.Realizó la devolución del dinero al dia,siguiente de la cancelación.
− La calefacción no funcionaba, saltaban los plomos al encender el microondas o mas,de un electrodosmestico.junto. Dia 25 , a las 9 de la noche, nos encontramos una casa helada, sin posibilidad de arreglo y lo.peor ya no pudimos encontrar ningun alojamiento para pasar esos dias todos juntos. Después nos enteramos que ese problema ya habia pasado antes.
