5.0La tranquilidad y ubicación
− La habitación es pequeña en comparación a otras del mismo costo del mismo hotel, la regadera no tenía cortina y ni siquiera se podía facilitar un tapete de baño, por lo que al tomar una ducha todo el baño acababa mojado lo cual puede ser peligroso, el personal no nos informó sobre el horario de servicio a la recámara, por lo cual no fue posible llevarlo a cabo.

− Que no había agua caliente y desde que llegamos lo reportamos a Recepción, dijeron que ya lo habían reportado y nada, ahorita estoy un poco resfriado me tuve que bar con agua fría, así que no recomiendo el lugar
NO FUE AGRADABLE, DESDE LA ATENCION DE LA PERSONA QUE NOS RECIBIO EN LA RECEPCION.

− QUE NOS HICIERON EL CARGO DE LAS 2 NOCHES Y LA SEÑORITA QUE NOS ATENDIO NO NOS QUISO APOYAR DENTRO DE LA APLICACION PARA LA CANCELACION DE LA RESERVACION. POR TAL MOTIVO NO NOS QUEDAMOS EN SU HOTEL.
