− Non funzionava ne l'ascensore e l'acqua calda il 2 gg non usciva piu

− Las ventanas aislaban poco del ruido, había manchas por las paredes, baldosas de suelo rajadas, los “estores” eran fijos y de telas mal recortadas. Los armarios estaban viejos y uno de ellos olía a humedad.
