Well appointed first and second floor apartment

The photos are very accurate, the apartment is beautifully presented. We stayed during a heat wave, so we were grateful to find a fan in the bedroom on the first floor and another in the open-plan living area on the second floor. We only stayed one night so didn't use anything in the kitchen other than the kettle, but it seemed well appointed. The car park opposite was over £13 if you wanted to stay more than six hours, so being able to use the residents permit parking was a huge bonus and the zone you can park in covers a large area.

− The small, ensuite bedroom is up a steep flight of stairs. The living area is up a further steep flight of stairs on the second floor. The side street front door is close to a few take-away places and being in the centre of town, bars and nightclubs were nearby. When we arrived there was broken glass on the pavement all around the front door, which when you have a dog with you is concerning. Nothing the owners could do about it, but the location leaves it open to this sort of thing.

True to photos. Very cosy and nicely decorated. Good location for pubs etc.

− Definitely need a new fan - the little white one is incredibly loud. Broken handle on the drawer in the bathroom. And clump of white hair in the corner of bathroom by the sink.

Lovely stay in Cheltenham!

We had a great stay! The property was lovely. Clean, characterful with plenty of space. It was well furnished and had all the mod cons. The location was excellent. Right in Cheltenham town. Perfect for exploring both town and countryside.

− Just one tiny thing! A couple of extra bath towels would have been great, but that's all!

it's in a great location with a carpark opposite (don't forget to pay, it's relatively cheap)

− the code for the key lock box was emailed 51 minutes before my arrival by then I was driving - it's stressful not knowing if you'll be able to get into a property on arrival. I was pleased I had brought my own pillow. A dining room chair leg is broken. There were stains on the settee cushions, making it unpleasant to sit down. The bed is a foam construction, good for some aspects but not comfortable for me to sleep on - I was delighted it's autumn as the bed would have been unbearably hot during the summer heatwave. The guest book states there will be a welcome pack of groceries - there wasn't.
