9.0Dobrze wyposażony, ładnie urządzony dom w spokojnej okolicy, 30 min piechotą do najważniejszych atrakcji, blisko stacji metra. Miły kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. W kuchni dostępne podstawowe produkty, ekspres, kawa, herbata, w łazienkach kosmetyki.
− Wąskie schody, troszkę utrudniają poruszanie się po domu, górna sypialnia nagrzana podczas upału, taras to raczej mini balkonik. Ale to nieistotne niedogodności.
