Superb Property in an idyllic location. Would love to return.

Location, beautiful views, modern, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Good communication from Tim. Outside space for dining was appreciated. Parking space was a bonus.

− Nothing to dislike, but in the hottest summer on record it was clear that windows in the living area need shades when the weather is so hot. A fan was provided for some relief but we retreated to the lovely cool bedrooms in the afternoons.

The only thing good was the beautiful town of Lyme Regis and the weather. The house was awful and filthy!

The location of this property and the views were amazing.

− It was filthy! This place could be amazing but there hasn't been any maintenance or cleaning done in months. The only thing that was clean was the bed linen and towels. There was urine stains and pubic hairs around all the toilets, the basins and showers were filthy. The cutlery drawer and fridge hadn't been cleaned. The carpets weren't vacuumed. The kitchen work tops had scum all around the sink. The decking is rotten and the plant pots full of weeds. You'll notice all positive and good reviews before January '26. That's when someone else was cleaning it. Sadly it's been let go and Tim the host was very apologetic about the state of the place but insultingly offered the £50 cleaning fee back! I really needed this holiday with my family after a few months nursing a terminally ill relative. Tim knew this too. And so the first morning of our holiday where the weather outside was glorious (thanks to the UK's mini heatwave at Whitsun) I was cleaning his house. I didn't not use the kitchen once to cook, not once. I used the kettle to make tea but only after the cups and spoons had been washed. Tim needs to get his act together, this is a designer building but not the interior. The furniture is cheap. The sofa is stained, hence the throws. It is not a detached building as stated in the description and to clarify someone else's comment of there wasn't a bread knife to which his reply was, there is! There is not a bread knife in the drawer in the kitchen! I've added many photos and photos don't lie. Once of the things that turned my stomach the most was the washing up spongers/scrubbers and their holder! No matter what anyone pays for their holiday, cleanliness is the least anyone should expect. This property is so dirty it would need industrial type of cleaning! Don't be fooled by Tim's photos, they're clearly old photos of a time when it was maintained and cleaned.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the shops and the beach. The property is very well-presented and thoroughly cared for.

Overall a lovely spot, modern and comfortable and very convenient location for access to Lyme.

Great, modern design with good views and access to the marine parade. Parking spot is welcome. House is constructed to a very high standard and has a great feel for relaxing with its double aspect bay views. The beauty of a place like this is that you can enjoy in any weather, come and go quickly and it feels like home.

− 4pm check in is a little late, especially when parking in the area is difficult in peak season. The balcony areas are in need of maintenance and refreshing. Nature is winning. Understanding it’s a huge investment, we did feel like we were walking on eggshells following a huge list of do’s snd don’ts. The oven didn’t seem to be fully functioning but a minor point.
