6.0Nice and spacious had everything
− We arrived Christmas Eve went to make Christmas lunch the next morning the oven was so dirty even had old food stuck to tray. Electric fry pan had broken feet which we fixed to use. The dish washer latch where you put tablet doesn’t close. In the second bedroom had a men’s deodorant left on the bed. Main bedroom curtains were falling off constantly trying to hang back up and there is tape already up there. Microwave dial is missing! Half the dinning room chairs need replaced. Even the veranda was really dirty. I don’t know just for the price you are charging $633 per a night I expected a pretty top notch place. I was disappointed. It’s only little things that need attention or repaired other wise it’s a lovely place.

Lovely apartment and great value
8.0Spacious and clean with plenty of crockery and utensils, comfy beds and couches, lovely sea breeze on large patio, nice pool, only 5 mins to 1770 marina. Especially helpful to have a lift from carpark then level walk from apartment to the pool. Great value.
− No fans or fly screens, except for screen on main bedroom - meant we used AC more than we would have liked. A few minor maintenance issues e.g. new rollers might be needed on sliding door to patio.

− Blinds on main room were broken and a piece missing so couldn’t fully close for privacy.
