It was a beautiful place to stay , clean pool and nice place to chill on the roof ,two blocks from the bus to central progreso , 4 minute walk to the beach, the host was attentive and caring, I missed my flight and came one day late, she offered me to stay another day for free but I've booked a different place so unfortunately I couldn't..

− I'd suggest that the light of the main gete would be on , it's a little frustrating trying to find the right key with my phone flashlight, and maybe add a barcode next to the wifi password, it's too long In my opinion.

− Когда мы прибыли в Progreso вилла оказалась заперта и хозяйка не отвечала на телефон, указанный в бронировании. Дозвониться до неё получилось лишь через два (!) часа. Оказалось, что она ЗАБЫЛА (!!!) об ОПЛАЧЕННОМ (!!!) бронировании, и она находится не в городе и не может ничем помочь!!! Мы остались без жилья и нам пришлось ехать 30 км в Merida, чтобы там найти отель, так как все отели в Progreso были либо заняты, либо закрыты. Booking.com деньги, конечно, вернул, но выходные были безнадежно испорчены. Никогда не бронируйте ничего у этой женщины, потому что ей просто наплевать на туристов. Я 18 лет путешествую по всем странам мира и пользуюсь booking.com и НИКОГДА не сталкивался с таким издевательским отношением со стороны lendlord!

Sehr schönes, geräumiges, sauberes Haus mit nettem Patio und kleinem Pool. Ich hatte ein großes bequemes Bett in einem großes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad (Zimmer 2). Küche komplett ausgestattet. Auch Öl, Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker, Agua Pura, alles da. Simona antwortet schnell auf WhatsApp Nachrichten. Das Internet im Haus funktioniert bestens. Die Dusche in Zimmer 2 war perfekt. In den anderen Zimmern soll nur sehr wenig Wasser aus der Brause kommen. Die Adresse auf Google Maps ist falsch. Wer im Zentrum von Progresso ankommt, kann am besten ein Taxi nehmen. Es braucht zirka 10 Minuten zur Unterkunft und kostet nicht mehr als umgerechnet €3. Dem Taxifahrer sagen, dass man nach Nueva Yucalpeten möchte, calle 81 con calle 136. Das Haus ist lila gestrichen, linke Seite, s. Fotos. Wer gerne am Strand lang läuft, der kann einen entspannten 40 Minuten Spaziergang zum Malecon in Progreso machen, der Flanier- und Strandmeile mit Kneipen, Bars, Cafés etc. Alternativ mit Taxi oder, wer sich wie der mexikanische Ottonormalverbraucher fortbewegen möchte, der stoppt einen Minibus. Die sehen recht schrottreif aus, tuckel aber noch ganz gemütlich und bei musikalischer Untermalung Richtung Zentrum. Man kann an jeder Straßenecke an der calle 85 ein oder aussteigen (2 Blocks vom Haus). Die gemächliche Fahrt kostet nur unschlagbare, umgerechnet 40 Cent. Ein Muss!

Nice kitchen & living area. Away from the real touristy area. Nice rooftop sitting area. Simona was friendly.

− This is effectively a 3 bedroom house, with the bedrooms rented out individually - perhaps I didn't read the description closely enough, but that was a bit of a surprise. There's a spacious & attractive living area with kitchen. The 3 rented rooms are located off a central, interior hallway which leads from the living area.. 2 have en-suite bathrooms, my bathroom was located off the hallway, next to the room. My room had one small window looking over a small outdoor closet with the water heater in it. I was the only guest for 3 nights & it was enjoyable . However, to be honest, it's a little uncomfortable sharing the house with basically unknown roommates..(unless you took all 3 rooms - then it would be great!). The downside of being 3 kilometers from town is that there's not a lot in the area - a few small tiendas & a restaurant or two...there's an ok beach a 10 minute walk away.
