Great holiday, great value, lovely villa and a fantastic host. Would 100% consider going back.

It was great. The rep for the villa was very responsive. We had talked about the rental via text prior to leaving and upon arrival I text the rep and he immediately left to give us the keys even though we had arrived two hours prior to the initialy check-in times. It only took 10 minutes before we had the keys. Further to this there was a minor issue with the WIFI when we arrived but when I explained it to the rep they immediately got to work and had the issue resolved almost immediately. The villa itself was fantastic and great value for money. It has a lovely position, great rep and great facilities and my family and I would love to come back.

− In all honesty there was almost nothing wrong with the villa and I have nothing to complain about, it exceeded expectations. In order to make it perfect I would ask for two things. The first would be a BBQ, there's a plancha at the villa which was great, but I always want a BBQ when I go on these holidays. The second would be to get the slightly fiddly lock on the main door changed just for ease of access.

Exceeded expectations - a fantastic holiday in a beautiful villa

The outdoor facilities were excellent, the large pool, kitchen and hot plate plus the huge terrace for eating and relaxing. The villa is large with four full bedrooms with A/C and three bathrooms with super showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with salt/pepper/oil and teabags. Lots of cleaning supplies too. Welcome basket was lovely. We had days/evenings out to the neighbouring towns and were always delighted to be returning to the villa. Javea old town is lovely and not as busy as Arenal promenade.

− We recommend hiring a car as although it is close to an excellent supermarket and beach/promenade it was too warm to walk that distance in August. There is a kiosk in the park within walking distance for a cold drink.

We had a lovely relaxed family holiday. Everything you need is on hand.

The villa is perfect for a family stay and has everything you need whatever the weather. Indoor games and outside pool floats and tennis bats and balls.

− My only comment would be that the pool is deep and young children or none confident swimmers will need swimming aids. Our grand children are good strong swimmers so no issue to us.
