1.0− ужасный персонал, мужчина, на требование предоставить кассовый чек о принятии наличных денег, он неадекватно реагировал. В итоге недопонимание переросло к конфликт, пришлось вызывать полицию. Ни окон, ни дверей, дышать нечем, у супруга началась паническая атака, мы не воспользовались их услугой, но они даже не соизволили вернуть наши деньги.

4.0清潔でありお菓子&コーヒーが飲み放題
− 隣室の中国人が深夜時間も大声で電話で話しており、耳栓をしていても寝れませんでした。ルールを守らないマナーの悪い人が悪いと思いますが、夜に寝れないホテルに価値はない。 また宿泊中シャワー室のシャワージェルがずっと切れていた。
