The bed was comfortable.

− The bathroom is in need of a good makeover. The wood around the bath is rotten, and mould on the ceiling is not good. Also, there were no plugs in any sink or bowls for washing up.

− Was accused of partying from one of the neighbours (no partying took place and music played during the evening was on low) and the guy on the phone was really rude. Originally called to extend stay and was refused on the basis of false allegations made against us. Then informed me he will have to speak to the manager and send someone over to inspect the property and threatened if there was any sign of partying, he would kick us out. I said to him he is more than welcome to check now if needs be as no partying took place and the property was in the same condition when we had arrived. A couple of hours had passed and no one had turned up. When going on the balcony, the person below (whom we assume made this complaint) shouted rudely for us to shut up. I apologised that she felt that way and she slammed the door shut. The man on the phone did not inform us of where to leave the keys so before leaving the property I had left the keys in sight for them to see and cleaned the property. I then later received a call from him shouting at me over the phone being patronising and asking me why I had left it there, had no energy to argue or entertain it at this point so had just put down the phone. We originally came from Manchester to get away and have left more distressed then coming! Would not recommend, bathroom was also disgusting
