4.0The place was ok but had a lot of issues.
− The place was ok but had a bunch of issues. I will list them all below. *No garbage bins in bathrooms *Nothing to hang towels and clothes in bathroom *Sink filled uo with water and it was clogged. *Towel had stains *Main bathroom toilet had stains (can't be cleaned) *Window cage was fully molded and very unhealthy. *AC remote screen didn't fully work *Rooms didn't have blackout curtains *Always water outside the house door (flooded) *Ants all over the bed So yes these things made it very hard to stay there.

6.0Clean, nice deco and setup. Internet was working great.
− No towel or clothes hook in both bathroom. Also they were no rubbish bin in all the rooms and toilet. Only one rubbish bin for the whole unit, which is in the kitchen, very inconvenient. No prayer mats in the whole unit. Water flow from toilet sink is very slow. No extra rubbish bag. Only one access card, quite inconvenient for two cars to enter unit.
