Several positives, one huge negative.
6.0Excellent outside space for relaxing and dining. Three toilets. Two showers with good water pressure (although one shower cramped). Four bedrooms with comfortable beds. A/C or ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms. Plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, etc. The house itself was clean, as were the outside areas. The letting agent responded quickly to our messages. Close to the beach and 15 mins' walk from restaurants.
− 1. The pool was unusable until the very last day. It was dark green, murky, and uninviting, whilst the pools in all adjoining properties were a sparkling, transparent turquoise. I provided photos for the agent showing two neighbours' pools and ours, and there is a stark contrast. The owner sent a maintenance man to add chlorine, but it made no discernible difference. He came again on the second last day of our stay, and there was an improvement, although not to the extent that we could describe the pool as inviting. We were finally able to use the pool on the last day of our stay. Luckily, we did not have kids with us, or it would have been a disaster. As it was, we felt badly let down. 2. One of the bedrooms has no power socket, although there is one in the en suite.
