Warm, cosy comfortable, relaxing stay, just perfect!
9.0The location is perfect, the cottage is close to the main street and shops, and importantly for us, there are loads of walks from the doorstep, which was ideal as we had our dog with us. The cottage is clean, cosy, warm and very comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely! We loved it! We very much appreciated the cake and coffee there on our arrival. Thank you!
− If I was absolutely nit picking, I would like a little shelf or place in shower to put shampoo or soap on...I didn't notice one, but maybe there was a place to put toiletries on. Also the lock in the main bathroom doesn't quite align so you have to lift the door to lock it. These aren't things we didn't like, just things we think could make things even better.
A great base in Sedbergh to explore
9.0Location and convenience - had all you needed

5.0− I wrote a long list of feedback to the gmail address provided; the main thing that people have to understand is that you are at the junction of two 'main' roads, and the windows and the windows are paper thing, and even have literal holes in them.
Great location, comfy rooms and good facilities.
10.0A great location for Sedbergh and the wider Yorkshire Dales and southern Lake District. Really comfy rooms and a good range of things in the kitchen. We had a problem with the oven door and it was fixed really quickly. The hosts were really responsive.
4 ageing blokes on bikes didn’t deserve such a lovely place . Lovely locals helped make this a very memorable weekend -
10.0A very beautiful place to stay , very well done , spotless , very nice touch with the milk and lemon cake . A stream passes the back of the kitchen and sounds amazing
− The beautiful stream at the back made me want to go to the toilet ….
Perfect long weekend stay
9.0The location was perfect, near to the village but quiet with convenient parking. The accommodation was very comfortable and plenty spacious enough for 2 adults and a teenager. The welcome cake and milk was thoughtful too, and the large TV in the living room meant we could all enjoy a film together after a long day walking in the hills - perfect.
− Nothing!
