− Too many forms to complete for access. Harassed by agency 1 day after departure claiming they can't find a green throw. We would not take a throw, but don't appreciate the treatment by the agency.
Extremely dissappointing experience - would not recommend.
1.0Good kitchen facilities and the fully air conditioned unit.
− 1. Poor pest control. There were an innumerable amount of cockroaches and lizards found throughout the unit, majority of which were on the top floor bedroom. 2. When checking out, we were called by the unit owner and asked to pay for damages for a stained towel and a crayon line on the wall (done by a 4 year old - which we did not witness being done). The crayon line on the wall could have been washed off but the unit owner charged us for repainting that section of the wall. 3. The unit owner was extremely rude and insensitive. She accused us of purposely inflicting damage on the property. When we had brought up the poor pest control, we were told that we only brought this up when she had told us about the 'damages' - Even though the cockroach issue was brought up to the cleaner after our first night of stay. According to the unit owner, this feedback 'was not on their records'. She referred to the cockroaches and lizards as part of the 'wildlife' and 'a natural part of the surrounding environment.' Even though the above so called 'damages purposely inflicted on the property' were minor and done by a 4 year old, we were asked to pay R550 in lieu of damages (which we paid in full). However, when we brought up the poor pest control and the sleepless nights we had experienced, she was incredibly dismissive of our feedback and we did not receive any apology or compensation for this.

8.0Great little Villa. Perfect for a large family. Close to the beach and kiddies play areas. Nice little pond out back for lazy sundowners and a Braai.
− Limited parking, but definitely not a deal breaker for this property
