− Our room was upgraded without informing us or seeking our consent. The receptionist did not speak or understand English well, which led to a serious miscommunication with the owner. As a result, the owner sent us rude and completely unacceptable WhatsApp messages and even argued with us over the phone. We were on a pilgrimage, and this turned out to be the worst stay of our entire trip. A truly disappointing and unpleasant experience.
