10.0Wunderschönes Steinhaus. Holzofen vorbereitet. Kaffeekapseln auf Vorrat. Grundausstattung in der Küche mit Gewürzen und gutem Olivenöl. Bequeme Schlafmatratze. Handtücher auf Vorrat. Netter Ort mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten und Anschluss an den Zug.
sehr ruhige Lage bei Problemen schnelle Hilfe des Vermieters.
8.0Der Standort des Hauses ist sehr gut und ruhig ,allerdings hat es keine Parkmöglichkeit beim Haus. Parkmöglichkeiten ca.80m entfernt, allerdings nicht ideal für übergroße Autos , ( relativ schmale Durchfahrt zwischen den Häuser und Parkplatzlänge) aber für normal grosse PKW kein Problem. Ansonsten gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten im Dorf .(Distanz ca.500m) Haus hat steile, enge Treppen nur für gute Fussgänger geeignet. Zum kochen ist alles nötige vorhanden inkl. grosser Kühlschrank. Ideal mit Hund, Wiese direkt vor der Haustüre.
