Un belle endroit avec une jolie vue et bonne emplacement.

− Toute les instructions que nous devons respecter que ce soit par mails que j'ai reçu pendant mon séjour ou sur papier qui sont à plusieurs endroits de la maison ce qui nous donne un stress surtout pour les poubelles que nous devons amener à une dechetterie sous penne d'avoir une amande.

− The small lock got stuck, we called to ask for help when we got there, and the host didn't answer us or even get back to us. The children's bedroom is in a stairwell with 2 doors to other living quarters. The children didn't want to sleep there. There is dust everywhere, feels neglected and unclean. There is mold on almost all the walls in the house. It is not healthy to breathe there ! The house smells stinky, there is a smell of mold, the house is not ventilated and is not ventilated. There are cobwebs on the windows and ceiling. The sheets and towels felt unclean and free of laundry odor.

− Es ist sehr feucht und riecht wie ein feuchter Keller, vor allem das kleine Zimmer. Da die Bettwäsche und Badwäsche auch in einer Kammer im Grotto gelagert wird, riecht diese Wäsche übel. Als wir gekommen sind haben wir bemerkt, dass die Bnicht gemacht waren ... es hies dann, dass booking.com die Buchung nicht übermittelt habe ... die Gastgeberin hat dann eine Reinigungskraft organisiert die dann alles in Ordnung gebracht hat.

− Huge disappointment. Dirty, neglected house with unfair demands. ​I am absolutely shocked by the standard of this accommodation, especially for Switzerland. When we arrived, the house was dirty, dusty, and smelled of unpleasant moisture. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and the shower cabin was literally falling apart. The garden, which looked like a place to relax in the photos, was neglected and uninviting. Furthermore, the swimming pool shown in the offer has clearly not been used or maintained for years. ​What makes it worse is the ridiculous attitude of the hosts. The house is filled with warning notices ordering guests to do everything themselves. We were forced to go out and look for specific, official purple garbage bags (sacchi RSU) at local shops, with notes threatening us with "big penalties" and police action if we didn’t comply. ​Even recyclables (glass, plastic, cans, paper) cannot be left in the house—you are ordered to transport them yourself to the local eco-centre in Brione. ​Charging high prices for a neglected, damp property while demanding that guests perform complex municipal waste management and threatening them with fines is unacceptable. Avoid this place.
