6.0− L’isolation laisse à désirer. Les fenêtres sont une porte ouverte sur le bruit extérieur et les odeurs de cigarettes des voisins, et dans la chambre le mur donnant au salon des voisins est tellement fin qu’on attend tout. De plus la chambre donne sur une école/maternelle… impossible de dormir après 8h

10.0Location is great. Near cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Very near the metro and Paseo de Gracia, you can walk to most attractions in the area.
− The remote access using the website/app is quite tricky at first. I was always afraid of running out of battery on my phone and not having a backup option to access the apartment. I would suggest to reorder the buttons in the UI, to follow the logical steps in which they’re used: 1. building 2. Main Apartment Door 3. Single apartment door.

We will not be using this place again
4.0− The property furniture looked tired and bulky for the size of the flat, insufficient cutlery and crockery, shower head wabely and loose, wash hand basin blocked, hairdryer old, rusty and unsafe, too many wardrobes, no tea towels, no wine glasses, only two glasses for water, towels quite worn and thin, no worktop space in the kitchen to even prepare a sandwich, we had trouble getting in with key code, looked nothing like the photos, no cushions on a large sofa, awful and uncomfortable chairs for table, etc etc

− Lighting in the unit itself could be improved especially the living room area. And the AC unit does an okay job but really needs a 2nd for the bedroom. The heat makes it a bit uncomfortable to sleep a night
