9.0Location is very central for trips to Cape Reinga,Kaitaia,90 Mile Beach,Kerikeri. Absolutely love the view from the studio ! Beautiful NZ scenery.Comfortable bed,couch and all facilities in great order.

10.0The studio was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view over the sea! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, with the best shower and water pressure! The hosts Mark & Jane were extremely helpful and provided a lot of information regarding local sites and suggested places to visit.
− Given the limited number of places to eat locally, would have loved a bigger fridge and the ability to make some simple meals.
A great view of the bay, but would definately bit stay there again.
4.0The room overlooked Doubtless Bay, and the views superlative.
− The unexpected walk (?) to the room, down 14 steps from the parking area to the entry doon, then 17 steep steps to the studio. Parking was not convenient, a bit of a walk on a grade to the entry. The property bombards one with "don't do this or that" adminitions, and the owner came across as a non-people person, wasn't very friendly. As a 7 continent traveler, staying in a vast array of accomidatioons, over many decades, this was one of the least-enjoyable that I've had.
