9.0Las camas muy cómodas. La cabaña con aire acondicionado. La comida muy rica.
− Por dentro los inodoros, tanto de la cabaña como de los baños cerca del comedor, están sucios, lo cual hace dudar que desinfecten bien los baños. La regadera hace incómodo el baño porque no se puede mover y pega el agua en la pared. No llegó el WiFi a la cabaña.

10.0The staff is one of the best team of people I've ever encountered. They are friendly, helpful, always looking out to help. We didn't know it was a sanctuary for wild animals in need of treatment and that also made us even more happy to be there. They put a lot of effort in all they do and we appreciated everything, from the beautiful outdoors to the comfortable and clean rooms, the guided tour, and the food. All very organized and pleasant.
